Subway Rolls Out Insulated Fanny Pack To Let You ‘Eat Fresh’ On The Go

Canada is in for a fresh bite as Subway rolls a new quirky fashion twist to its new Subway Series menu. To flaunt its latest offerings, Subway has cooked up something special—a limited-edition Footlong Fanny Pack.

Made from insulated bubble wrap, this fanny pack boasts a zippered top and adjustable shoulder straps, making it the perfect fit for a footlong Subway sandwich. Yes, even if that sandwich isn’t a full 12 inches, this pack has it covered, keeping your meal fresh with its insulated lining.

In a nod to fashion trends of the past, this release aligns with the resurgence of fanny packs as stylish accessories—although, its silver foil-like finish does make it look conspicuously like you have an aluminum-wrapped sub strapped to your chest. But hey, when it comes to fashion (and fast food), to each his own.

The promotion also syncs up with Canada’s National Sandwich Month, and it was made in partnership with Dentsu and media agency Carat. Only 25 of these fun fanny packs were up for grabs, and they’ve vanished into the hands of eager fans.
