PANTONE Sneakers Appear In Fresh Colorways To Offer Cozy Vibes Of Fall
By Alexa Heah, 29 Aug 2023

In March, PANTONE teamed up with its official sneaker partner, Cariuma, on a trio of dusky designs to welcome spring. Now, the duo is back at it again, this time to mark the forthcoming arrival of fall with brand-new shades.
Featuring in the label’s popular OCA Low style, the rich, mellow seasonal tones reminiscent of autumn leaves and pumpkin spice lattes come in the form of ‘Navy Peony,’ ‘Ruby Wine,’ and ‘Cacao Nibs.’

The first, ‘Navy Peony,’ is described as embodying “the patter of rain on a misty gray morning and blue cloud-cloaked skies as dusk,” while the red hue is said to represent the “ruby leaves painting the forest floor in red.”

Last but not least, the earthy ‘Cacao Nibs’ shade offers customers “something warm, something cozy” as a “grounded neutral and everything you could want from an autumnal earth tone.” Each color comes with a PANTONE-branded emblem on its side.

Continuing its sustainability initiatives, Cariuma will be planting two trees in the Brazilian rainforest for every pair of sneakers sold. Head here to learn more about the collaboration, retailing at US$89.
