Apple’s latest offering, the iPhone 15 lineup, brings forth a fresh wave of improved tech for fans. Boasting a redesigned camera system and the powerful A17 Pro CPU, this new iPhone range is expected to deliver enhanced performance and imaging capabilities, particularly in conjunction with the incoming Vision Pro.

Notably, the iPhone 15 Pro introduces a novel feature: the ability to capture 3D spatial videos and photos. This innovation allows users to document moments in a three-dimensional format for an immersive visual experience.

Complementing this feature is the upcoming Apple Vision Pro mixed-reality headset. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the spatial captures made by the iPhone 15 Pro, it allows users to relive their memories in an immersive, 3D environment.

Creating these spatial videos is now a straightforward process. Users can record moments with the iPhone 15 Pro, and the content will automatically be sent to the Vision Pro headset for viewing.

Apple’s approach to video creation involves harnessing the capabilities of both the ultra-wide and primary cameras concurrently. The primary goal here is to simplify the process, enabling individuals to capture moments using their smartphones rather than relying on a separate device, ensuring that no moment slips by.

Looking forward, Apple anticipates launching the Vision Pro headset in the early months of 2024, with an estimated price point of US$3,500. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro starts at a base price of US$999.
