Burger King in France is sinking its teeth into people’s fear of the ever-morphing monster that is artificial intelligence with a series of posters that might make your skin crawl.
Conjured up by advertising agency Buzzman Paris and published on Halloween on the fast-food chain’s social media channels, the freakish A.I.LLOWEEN campaign is possessed by a creature potentially “scarier than monsters and ghosts,” the agency describes—and, we reckon, a clown (wink).
Using prompts like “a woman eating a burger” and “a man eating in a Burger King,” the brand created a discomfiting film, alongside posters of patrons with extra hands, tongues, and teeth (all the better to eat Whoppers with, though!) as well as missing fingers.

We hope that’s ketchup.
