Calvin Klein Ad’s Sofa Used By Jeremy Allen White Lands On Facebook Marketplace

Never has a couch excited the world so much as when a shirtless Jeremy Allen White rested on one in a Calvin Klein commercial gone viral (petition for the underwear brand to pivot to furniture now?).
Not one to nap on the hype, someone has listed that red corduroy couch graced by White on Facebook Marketplace—for the grand price of $0.
White, who gained acclaim for his portrayal of Chef Carmy in the hit Hulu series The Bear, lent his charismatic presence to the Calvin Klein spot. The advertisement showcases the actor effortlessly executing parkour moves, clad in Calvin Klein’s finest, before winding down on the now-famous sofa.
The visual of White, exhausted and sweaty as dusk sets in, with a picturesque flurry of doves in the background, will stick around for a while. Thirsty viewers have responded to the film with a resounding “yes, chef,” with several brands parodying this viral moment.
Among them is creative agency Mojo Supermarket, which seized this opportune time to draw attention to Facebook Marketplace.
The same couch was posted on the online marketplace by Kate Krupa, who seems to be connected with Mojo Supermarket, for free.
“Guess what? I’ve got the hottest seat in town—the legendary red corduroy couch that a famous celebrity chef (in not-so-many clothes) sat on in the commercial everyone’s talking about,” the description in the listing, entitled “Red Corduroy Sofa from famous ripped chef shoot,” reads.
The product is labeled as “used – fair,” and the new owner “must be willing to pick [it] up in New York.”
A representative from the agency also confirmed that this hot piece of furniture was, indeed, the one from the Calvin Klein commercial.
