LEGO is mightily casting a spell on Harry Potter fans with an actual talking Sorting Hat! The enchanting set, consisting of 561 pieces, brings the booming figure to life.
Designed with Potterheads in mind, the nostalgic build comes complete with a hidden, randomized sound box that utters 31 different phrases to magically assign them to one of the four Hogwarts houses. Take it as consolation for your missing letter; LEGO hasn’t incorporated a sound box into its sets for over a decade, making this a particularly enchanting experience. It’s also the first LEGO Harry Potter kit to incorporate a sound brick.

Waking up your Sorting Hat is as simple as tipping the top of the model or placing it atop your head, mirroring the sorting ceremonies depicted in the Harry Potter films. Every so often, you might even hear the character break into its famous song.

The set also includes a stand adorned with the crests of Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw, along with a minifigure of the Boy Who Lived donning the Sorting Hat.

Alas, the plastic garment can’t actually be worn, but it’ll make a fantastical display piece and literal conversation starter, standing over 9.5 inches tall and measuring 7.5 inches in diameter.
