Samsung finally showed off its much-anticipated contender in the wearable arena—the Galaxy Ring—at this year’s Mobile World Congress. Primed to challenge the Oura Ring, this tiny titan boasts an array of health-tracking features designed to keep tabs on everything from your sleep patterns to your heart rate variability. This gadget aims to wrap style and substance around your finger, offering a ‘My Vitality Score’ in its Health app to give users a holistic view of their well-being.
The minimalist accessory—available in black, gold, and silver—has brains to match its looks, equipped with state-of-the-art sensors to monitor your resting heart rate, sleep quality, and even how much you toss and turn at night.

Those who already own a Galaxy Watch won’t have to consider tossing out the wrist candy. Samsung says the Galaxy Ring integrates with the smartwatch for a cohesive health-tracking experience that keeps your measurements in sync.
The smart ring boasts long battery life, although the company hasn’t disclosed its exact lifespan. It has, however, hinted that the device would rival the Oura Ring’s seven-day charge.
The Galaxy Ring is set to launch later this year in nine sizes.
