Charlotte Tilbury is planting kisses all over the racetrack as it accelerates into the fast-paced world of Formula 1, making history as the first female-founded brand to join forces with the F1 Academy. In a double-first accomplishment, the cult-favorite label is also the inaugural beauty company to back the academy, pushing a shared goal of empowering female drivers into the competitive realm of motorsport.

The F1 Academy, an initiative by Formula 1, is designed to turbocharge the careers of young female drivers. Uplifting racers aged 16 to 25, the program aims to provide them with increased opportunities for track time, racing, testing, and overall support to help them advance to Formula 3 and eventually realize their Formula 1 dreams. As such, the partnership and commemorative car are marks of girl power, promoting diversity in a sport long dominated by men for the next generation.
