Time and art are condensed, for the lack of a better word, into the new creation from Hublot and contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, known for his eroded Future Relics. The duo has crafted a unique timepiece, called the Arsham Droplet pocket watch, that’s both delicate and magnificent.
Reflecting the beauty of nature’s fluid forms, the Arsham Droplet is both a sculpture and a timekeeper, designed out of a blend of titanium, rubber, and sapphire crystal. At its core is Hublot’s renowned Meca-10 manufacture movement, offering a remarkable 10-day power reserve, allowing the observer to admire this masterpiece for longer without the hassle of constant winding.

Breaking away from the norms of traditional watchmaking, the Arsham Droplet features a titanium case and rubber bumpers. It comes with two titanium chains, each equipped with Hublot’s patented double “one-click” system for easy attachment.

With dimensions of 2.9 inches in length, two inches in width, and less than an inch in thickness, it sits daintily in the hand—though it’ll also be perfect as a necklace or as a centerpiece on its decorative stand.

The open-worked titanium case, crafted with two domed teardrop-shaped crystals, resembles delicate lace woven in a droplet pattern. The side bumpers, in a custom Arsham Green rubber, bear the artist’s monogram.

The case also features a double sealing system with 17 O-ring seals, ingeniously placed to ensure a perfect seal. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Hublot without the brand’s signature six H-shaped screws.

The Arsham Droplet is not just a pretty face; it’s built to last—serving as a future relic, if you will, with a water resistance of 30 meters (98 feet). Time is of the essence, truly, as only 99 pieces of the collector’s item have been made.
