If you thought the skyline in Dubai couldn’t get flashier, think again. The Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, announced in collaboration with developer Dar Global, is the latest entrant in the city’s roster of sky-high luxury.
Standing 80 stories tall and reaching a height of over 350 meters (1,148 feet), the skyscraper will stretch its shadow across Sheikh Zayed Road, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.

The project, slated for completion in December 2031, marks the Trump Organization’s first high-rise venture in Dubai. It combines a five-star hotel, a set of high-end residences, and two extravagant four-bedroom sky-pool penthouses modeled after the Trump Tower penthouse in New York.
One of the tower’s most striking features is the rooftop’s outdoor swimming pool, which aims to claim the title of the world’s highest.

Complementing the vertical luxury is ‘The Trump’, a private club offering curated services to residents and their guests.
This development continues a growing footprint for the Trump brand in the Middle East, following earlier collaborations in Jeddah and Oman. The Dubai tower is also the fifth joint venture between the Trump Organization and Dar Global.

Eric Trump, who serves as executive vice president of the Trump Organization, described the project as a natural fit with Dubai’s energy and international character. He emphasized that the tower’s blend of design, luxury, and scale reflects a deliberate push into a region that’s proven eager for ultra-luxury living.

Design firm Nikken Sekkei has been brought on to deliver the architectural vision. Known for its precision and attention to context, the firm is aiming to blend modern elegance with Dubai’s distinct skyline. From the residences to the interiors, each detail is meant to embody a particular kind of aspiration.
