Jennifer Lopez’s Super Bowl Performance Enrages Parents For Being Too ‘Vulgar’

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira’s performances at the Super Bowl were too “vulgar,” according to infuriated parents.
The two stars brought the heat during the halftime show as they performed a medley of their greatest hits, decked in racy outfits.
Lopez wore a leather bodysuit with a shiny pink skirt before ripping it off to reveal a barely-there crystal-covered one-piece underneath. She then changed into a metallic harness-inspired salsa suit adorned all over with fringe.
Shakira, too, donned eye-catching ensembles comprising a red two-piece skirt set featuring a cropped bustier and an all-gold outfit by Peter Dundas.
Their performances, however, were not well-received by parents, as many found the belly-dancing and pole-dancing completely inappropriate for kids. “Absolutely the worst, most vulgar halftime show ever,” one Twitter user said.
“Not appropriate for kids at a Super Bowl halftime show,” one chimed in. “That was completely an immoral, classless soft porn pole dancing performance,” another user wrote.
Some, however, pointed out the supposed hypocrisy behind the outrage, reminding that Adam Levine went shirtless during the 2019 Super Bowl show.
