Facebook announced that it would be redesigning its desktop version during the F8 conference last year. It then made the new version available to select users this March in order to collect feedback about the new look.

This week, Facebook officially rolled out the redesign, and will be releasing it to everyone. The platform is now designed to feature faster load times and easier navigation through a cleaner layout.

The revamp includes a dark mode that helps users reduce the strain on their eyes when browsing through the platform.

It also allows them to preview posts before publishing them, along with an easier way to manage groups and pages.

The company hopes users will help provide feedback on the overhauled design so that it can introduce further changes to make the browsing experience more enjoyable.
