Peeps Is Making Easter More Eggs-Tra With DIY Cookie Chicken Coop Kit

Instead of driving families on an Easter egg hunt, Peeps is encouraging fans to spend more time at home with an adorable cookie kit modeled to look like a chicken coop.
Extending the fun tradition of gingerbread house-building into spring, the candymaker has rolled out an edible crafting project that lets you construct a house for marshmallow chicks.
You would be hard-pressed not to install the most outstanding facility on the farm, as the kit contains colorful icing, assorted candy, and sugar cookie panels to raise your decorating skills above the flock.
A thoughtful touch in the kit is its “link-and-lock” mechanism, which makes it easier for even the most bird-brained to put together a sweet piece of architecture without fear of it falling apart.
The kit is now retailing for US$10.99 at BJ’s, CVS, Family Dollar, Publix, and Walgreens.
