‘CryptoTRUMPS’ To Be First Yuge Series To Emerge From Right-Wing NFT Marketplace

Forget MAGA hats; Donald Trump diehards can now collect non-fungible versions of the 45th US president so his shadow lives on in their digital wallets.

The CryptoTRUMP Club, as the new 250-strong NFT collection is called, is the first of several projects that right-leaning social network Parler hopes to launch via its brand-new Solana-based marketplace, DeepRedSky.

The digital artworks, priced at US$2,750 each, envision the former POTUS with a randomized assortment of patriotic elements, including the American flag, an eagle, and a USA cap. Not to mention, numerous tokens resurface usual suspects like a can of Diet Coke, a golf bag, and a TIME cover.

To be clear, the former US president was not involved in the making of The CryptoTRUMP Club, and DeepRedSky has kept mum about the identity of the collection’s creator.

The series has taken some extreme creative liberties to pander to wild crypto bros. One NFT portrays Trump talking midway with his eyes half-shut, as if a bad photo had been taken, while some others depict him with lasers beaming out of his eyes. A few picture him in gold teeth, a laurel wreath, or a cowboy hat.

DeepRedSky “will feature creators who share the values of freedom of expression and protection from Big Tech, Big Media, and Big Government,” the website details. Forbes reports that assets can be purchased via credit card.

The social network imagines itself offering “a far more full-service provision” than rivaling NFT marketplaces like OpenSea have given, CEO George Farmer told the news outlet. Namely, it also wants to provide consulting services for users keen on selling NFTs, as well as assist them in marketing and distributing the tokens.

Parler previously collaborated with former first lady Melana Trump to debut her first NFT, and is currently working on a second crypto project with her.
