Bentley Builds Performance & Opulence Into Custom Adidas Kicks Inspired By Cars

Bentley is racing into the world of sneakers, teaming up with Dominic Ciambrone, more famously known as The Shoe Surgeon, to create footwear inspired by different cars of the luxury automaker.

The limited-edition sneakers sport cross-stitching reminiscent of the pattern on steering wheels and diamond quilting of Bentley’s cars. To make the collaboration even more special, the shoes are crafted from the same leather featured on the interior of the vehicles.

Ciambrone was brought into the factory in Crewe, England, earlier this year to get up close with the automaker’s production methods and gain inspiration for the upcoming line of kicks. Each design takes after a different vehicle under Bentley and is based on the Adidas Forum Low sneaker.
 
First up is a pair that focuses on performance and is inspired by Bentley’s S and Speed ranges. The footwear is swathed in a Titan Grey and Cricket Ball Red, reminiscent of the Continental GT Speed Convertible.

Next in the lineup is a sneaker that hones in on well-being. Inspired by the Bentayga Extended Wheelbase Azure, this model is styled in Portofino blue with Saddle-colored details.

Finally, a one-of-a-kind pair rounds off the collection, and it is set to be modeled after a yet-to-be-unveiled car. So far, all that is known about the car is that its exterior features a Beluga black and Anthracite dark gray metallic, and its matching sneakers will come in a Beluga and Linen colorway.

The shoe will be unveiled on December 3 alongside Mulliner’s one-of-a-kind Bentley at Art Basel Miami. Both will be sold together through your local American Bentley dealer.
 
Unfortunately, this limited series will only see a run of 10 pairs of each of the shoes, all of which have been reserved for Mulliner clients and collectors.
