WhatsApp Finally Brings Screen-Sharing To Android Phones
WhatsApp is making video calls on Android just a tad more intuitive, with the ability to share screens with your friends.
The feature, first reported in WABetaInfo, is said to already be available on the Google Play Store for those with the beta version (2.23.11.19) of WhatsApp installed.
The update is found at the bottom of the screen during video calls, near the mute and other buttons, where there will now be an icon of a phone with an arrow jutting out of it. When you tap it, you will be asked if you want to start recording or casting with WhatsApp. Accepting the request means you can share your screen with the other person.

This tool will make planning vacations and spending quality time with your friends or loved ones much easier. Furthermore, WhatsApp will efficiently handle and secure all the information you share, including passwords, photos, and payment details. However, it’s worth noting that you’ll only be able to enjoy this convenience with a limited number of other callers.
The new feature comes after WhatsApp has been updating its interface with its latest tool that finally allows users to edit messages… with a little catch.
