Class is in session with Kraft Heinz and advertising agency Mischief @ No Fixed Address, who have brewed up a zany concoction for their latest back-to-school caper.
The education initiative involves four FUNdamental Textbooks and a cast of food brands ready to join the classroom party. And these textbooks aren’t just about your ABCs; they’ve got Capri Sun, Lunchables, Jell-O, and Kraft Mac & Cheese lined up in their syllabus.
The campaign aims to transform education into a joyous (and tasty) adventure and rekindle enthusiasm for learning among young minds.
The series consists of four titles: Jiggleometry, Stackonomics, Nibbleonomy, and Slurpstory. Each comes with witty little tidbits that relate its corresponding snack to its subject.
Stackonomics, for example, explores the world of economics through Lunchables, while Nibbleonomy wants you to use your noodle when it comes to learning about space through Mac & Cheese.
According toAd Age, this endeavor hasn’t been without its critics. Concerns have surfaced regarding the potential influence of brand messages on impressionable young learners and the nutritional implications of integrating food brands into education.
Parents interested in this educational experiment can acquire these textbooks for free. Kraft Heinz also pledges to donate US$10 to the nonprofit organization First Book, which champions the cause of educational equality.
It is also making an additional one-time contribution of US$50,000 to First Book, a nonprofit with a commitment to fostering a more equitable educational landscape.
In other Heinz news, you can now color your home a tasty shade of red with its wall paints.
