Mercedes-Benz is taking a turn from high-end vehicles and steering toward the Dubai skyline with a partnership with Binghatti Properties to construct a luxury skyscraper, named Mercedes-Benz Places. The 65-story tower will rise in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering a new vantage point over the Burj Khalifa, the current jewel of the city’s skyline, and marks the automaker’s first foray into real estate.
The planned 65-story skyscraper aims to stand over 1,100 feet tall, incorporating elements of Mercedes-Benz’s ‘Sensual Purity’ design philosophy, which encapsulates creating spaces that blend timeless beauty with modern functionality.
While it’s a step away from cars, the brand promises to bring its knack for luxury and innovation to this residential tower, featuring smart home technology, intelligent mobility solutions, and modern amenities aimed at providing a comfortable and upscale living experience.

From highways to high rises, Mercedes-Benz Places joins the ranks of other car brand residential properties, like those by Bugatti and Bentley. The project has been in the pipeline for more than a year, focusing on creating a space that emphasizes community living while integrating advanced mobility solutions. The tower’s architecture is envisioned to reflect Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to sleek, timeless design, with the hope of providing a peaceful retreat amid the hustle of the city.
Although specifics are still under wraps, available renders depict a sinuous tower crowned with a curved pinnacle, adorned with Mercedes-Benz’s iconic three-pointed-star logo that’s apparent when the lights are switched on.
The structure, set to become one of Dubai’s tallest, will house 225 apartments along with lavish amenities like restaurants, a gym, lounges, exhibition spaces, and VIP parking facilities.
With construction underway by Binghatti, the tower is slated for completion in 2026. The world will get a closer look at Mercedes-Benz Places during a launch event set for January 24, 2024, as Dubai continues to cement its status as a hub of architectural innovation and luxury living.
