Your new keys to a Bugatti could be for a home. The hypercar maker has peeled back the curtains on its vision for Bugatti Residences, a futuristic high-riser to be set in Dubai’s prime Business Bay.
Developed with real estate firm Binghatti, the 42-story Bugatti Residences takes a reflective, meandering form in flow with the French Riviera, which the German-turned-French automaker notes influences “every aspect” of the organically-contoured architecture.

This forward-looking apartment building will house 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, each unit dreamed up with a bespoke layout that swirls with the unique curvature of its balcony.

Perched above the high-rise structure is a rooftop pool, giving users all-around views of the heart of Dubai.

It will also accommodate swanky amenities like a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, chef’s table, and a fitness club.
As an obvious nod, the live-in skyscraper echoes the silhouettes of Bugatti sports cars too.
So it makes sense that the penthouses—each named after destinations like Cannes, Monaco, and St Tropez—will connect to a pair of car elevators that allow homeowners to drive right into their homes.

Elsewhere, the building is envisioned to host tailored offerings like chauffeur and concierge services for residents.
All systems go as Bugatti projects this ambitious feat will be constructed in the next three-and-a-half years.
