Billionaire Seeks ‘Life Partner’ To Travel To The Moon With Him On SpaceX Flight

Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa is set to fly to the moon in 2023, making him the first human to travel to the lunar outpost since 1972.
Since Maezawa will be making the ambitious journey in three years, he is spending this time searching for a “special woman” to share his experience with.
The entrepreneur has opened a match-making site for single females above 20 years old to apply to be his “life partner” on his moon voyage. Aside from including conditions that wouldn’t seem out of the norm on regular dating platforms, the site also expresses that the billionaire is looking for someone who wishes for world peace and has an interest in space travel.
The 44-year-old details on the website that while he has lived the life he has always wanted, he aspires to attain something more in his space venture.
“As feelings of loneliness and emptiness slowly begin to surge upon me, there’s one thing that I think about, [which is] continuing to love one woman,” he confessions.
The deadline for applications is 17 January 2020, and selections will commence between 25 and 26 January 2020. Maezawa will decide on his selected partner by the end of March 2020 after a series of matchmaking sessions and one-on-one dates, and the whole journey will be made into a documentary by Japanese video streaming website AbemaTV.
The Japanese billionaire also recently made news for offering a billion yen (US$925,000) to 1,000 people on Twitter for a social experiment.
