After internet users raved about a minimalist UNO concept created by Brazilian designer Warleson Oliveira, Mattel decided to turn it into a reality.

Introducing the UNO Minimalista, which gives the traditional card game a streamlined and stylishly bare-bones look.

The logo of the card game has been simplified, while its symbols have been minimized. The fuzzy design found on the reverse of the pack has also been eliminated and replaced with a dark background, producing an UNO Dark Mode.

The card game comes in a stylish box—a cool piece of packaging design that gives the game an extra edge.
