Let your projects radiate retro vibes, or simply update your bathroom reading material, with over 21,000 resources from the Golden Age of Comic Books. The Digital Comic Museum showcases high-quality user-uploaded scans of comic books from before 1959 that you can browse through and even build upon to create new art.
The website’s moderators avoid allowing material where copyright issues might get tricky. As it seems, most—if not all—of the resources are registered under the Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0) license, meaning they’re free for you to share or adapt even for commercial purposes, as long as there is proper attribution.
