Studio Ghibli Puts Up 400 Still Images From Its Iconic Films For Free Use

Studio Ghibli has been offering fans little treats into its mystical world amid the coronavirus pandemic, from virtual tours to a series of video call backgrounds.
Now, it has posted 400 still images from its famous films—including Spirited Away, Ponyo, and The Wind Rises—for free use.
The official Studio Ghibli website has provided 50 sheets from each film, along with a personal message from the studio’s producer Toshio Suzuki, who wrote, “Please use them freely within the scope of common sense.”
You can print out the images to decorate your workspace, use them as your desktop background, or browse through the collection to admire the artistic mastery of the hand-drawn films.
