Japanese regional airlines Fuji Dream Airlines is offering passengers a chance to view Mount Fuji, Japan’s tallest mountain.
Enthusiastic climbers who had to put their plans on hold due to the
coronavirus pandemic can now opt for this special sightseeing deal instead, which lets you experience 90-minute views of the majestic mountain up in the air.
Flights will be operated from Nagoya Airport, and passengers can choose between several package deals, which include optional tours after the trip. The tour involves accessing the aircraft hander, the plane cockpit, and areas normally restricted to the general public.
The flights, which can now be reserved over at
Fuji Dream Airline’s website, will set passengers back for 31,000 yen (US$293) per pax.
