In the upcoming 14.2 iOS update, Apple will be rolling out more gender-inclusive emojis, which have been reclassified as gender-neutral icons.
Previously, the tech juggernaut unveiled a variety of emojis including a bubble tea, a ninja, and a tamale.
In the new update, Apple users will see more gender variations with the option to pick a woman, a gender-neutral person, or a man for its Santa Claus, tuxedo, veil, and bottle feeding emojis.
Each of the icons will also come with skin variants for broader racial representation.
As an expert in thisfield, Emojipedia reported that the new icons will not be available on iPhone at least until 2021. However, it has added the upcoming entries to the ever-growing emoji list as a preview. Take a look at it below.
