Beloved card game UNO took to Twitter to declare that players are not able to stack a “draw 2” card on top of another “draw 2.” The thing is, dearest UNO, no one asked.
Soon, people started criticizing the card company for reinforcing a rule that is often neglected in matches. In fact, it has even become a power move to stack on multiple “draw 2” cards.
UNO then deleted the tweet after the backlash but it came back stronger with another tweet repeating the rule. This time around, UNO had the stamp of approval from the management to reemphasize the notice on social media.
“*Per management: You cannot STACK a +2 on a +2. Go ahead, roast us,” the tweet
read.
Immediately, a second tweet storm ensued with users asking UNO to “
delete” the tweet or simply “
stop making rules” because people will continue to play the game anywhere they prefer.
See how many players truly feel about it below.
