Ahead of the holiday season, Pepsi has unveiled its new limited-edition apple pie cola.

The beverage company stated that the new drink will feature hints of cinnamon and apple to recreate the taste of a good ol’ apple pie.

However, the latest soda will not be available to everyone. You’ll need to make a right mess in the kitchen before standing a chance to own the dessert-themed beverage.

The brand announced that it will give away two-liter bottles of the Pepsi Apple Pie to only 1,500 people who enter the #PepsiApplePieChallenge sweepstake. They can join the giveaway by submitting a photo or video of a “baking fail.”

“Failing at baking, especially this year, is nothing to be ashamed of, and we’re celebrating those amateur bakers that are truly trying their best during a unique holiday season,” Todd Kaplan, vice president of marketing at Pepsi, explained in a statement.

Kaplan also added that the new delicious drink aims to spark joy and remind people not to “take themselves too seriously in the [baking] process.”

The Apple Pie-flavored cola will come in Pepsi’s newly redesigned bottle with designs noting the dessert.
