All those hours of sneaking up to monsters and going in for the kill are bound to put a strain on the bodies of gamers. Thanks to this new blanket from Japanese gaming furniture company Bauhutte, you can bring your A-game at maximum comfort.
The firm, which brought you the ‘Gaming Bed’, has debuted a fleece blanket designed to keep hardcore gamers cozy and comfy.
Apart from its geeky gaming PC-like color palette of black and neon hues, the ‘Wata Tank’—with “wata” meaning “cotton” in Japanese—is built with open flaps at the top, allowing you to fit your arms through and get to your controller or phone while staying warm beneath.
The blanket is pretty hefty with its 2.2-pound “thermal cotton” stuffing. While this means you’ll be toasty all day, it also has moisture-wicking qualities to keep it from getting damp from perspiration.
The blanket is retailing on Amazon Japan at ¥11,469 (US$111).
