UNO Celebrates 50th Anniversary With Premium Card Decks & World Championship

UNO celebrates its 50th anniversary with an extensive line of card game products for its biggest fans.
Starting this month, UNO will be releasing different versions of the classic card game that will be available to purchase throughout the year. The focus of the lineup is the 50th-anniversary deck, also known as the Premium Card Set. The set includes an exclusive commemorative gold coin as well as golden jokers. Additionally, this version features new rules involving the gold coin in its gameplay.
UNO is also releasing an Iconic Series pack, which takes players down on memory lane to the 1970s. The set includes five individual decks, each representing a decade from UNO’s timeline.
Other sets include the UNO Remix Set, which allows players to customize their own deck, and the 1998 UNO Attack Set, which promises more action, new sounds and better cards.
Mattel has also organized an epic championship inviting fans to compete to stand a chance to win US$50,000. The event is scheduled to take place in late November.
UNO plans to collaborate with other names in the arts, fashion, and sports realms as part of its anniversary celebrations.
