In a world of mindless plots and talk shows with hot-headed hosts, everyone could use a getaway or a chance to reconnect with Mother Nature. Thankfully, Disney+’s upcoming series with National Geographic will do just that; with its unique, clutter-free concept, Earth Moods sets out to soothe the stresses of those with cabin fever, nature lovers, and the overworked.

The television series is unlike any other. It has the invigorating visuals of a wildlife photography spread, the calming effect of a meditation exercise, and the sort of backdrop lo-fi beats provide. The five-episode program features drone footage of landscapes around the world embodying Frozen Calm, Night Lights, Tropical Serenity, Desert Solitude and Peaceful Patterns—and absolutely no dialogue.

Instead, episodes are paired with relaxing sounds of nature and an original score by Neil Davidge.

The show invites audiences to “see, hear, feel” Planet Earth in their own abodes.
