IKEA Unveils Sleek & Sophisticated Range Of Haute Couture For… Dogs

IKEA Australia has launched a line of haute couture looks for dogs.
With a belief in affordable, inclusive design for the masses, IKEA has made the HUND COUTURE designs open-source with instruction manuals and patterns available for free to download.
Dubbed HUND COUTURE, the high-fashion looks are made from its iconic FRAKTA bags for our four-legged friends. They boast three key looks: Business, Ruffle, and Frillneck.
The Business getup features a shirt-style pocket for storing treats and important contracts alike, while its detachable collar piece makes it easy to go from work to play.
“A water-resistant raincoat, but make it fabulous,” was the mantra behind the masterful design for the RUFF look. The look boasts ruffles that are runway-ready, ensuring every other dog knows who’s chic.
The Frillneck outfit has an optional frill neck headpiece complemented by a belted, tailored coat. This look is sure to have your dog strutting down the sidewalk feeling fresh.
IKEA has also unveiled a high-fashion video of the looks on its social channels, proving that it takes affordable design seriously, every day of the year. The entire campaign was developed by CHE Proximity.
