In the world of remote work, your mind might encounter one of two extremes: there’s either an oasis of surrealism, or a barren land where all growth seems futile. If you’re looking for a little kick-start, worry not.
Adobe has rolled out a quick ‘
Inspiration Generator’ to help you get creating, always.
Similar to design prompters featured by
DesignTAXI in the past, Adobe’s Inspiration Generator—available in English, French, and German—nudges you into designing something with randomized creative briefs that push you out of your comfort zone. These include “techy pilot movie poster,” “psychic twins magazine cover,” and “curious bird watcher album cover.”
Sure, the prompts lean on absurd, but if you’re stuck in a rut, these could get your wheels turning till your next best idea comes along.
According to Dazed, Adobe is taking great measures to help creatives #BeatTheBlank during times of creative impotence. Aside from the Inspiration Generator, the company has teamed up with creators like digital strategist Bei Na Wei and photographer Ron Timehin to start
Photoshop masterclasses. You can find them by looking up the #BeatTheBlank and #AdobeInsider hashtags on Instagram and TikTok.

The two creatives were given the briefs “dreamy twin magazine cover” and “daring biker movie poster.” See how they fared:
