‘Nestflix’ Is A Netflix Lookalike Showcasing Fake Films From Real Movies & Shows

Just like in real life, characters of your favorite shows and films have their own favorite shows and films. And they’re probably all streaming it from ‘Nestflix’, a fictional version of Netflix where gems like Angels with Filthy Souls (from Home Alone), The Itchy & Scratchy Show (from The Simpsons, and a whole collection of Lucas Lee films (from Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) live.
The comical website, created by web designer Lynn Fisher, features more than 400 titles, yes, you read that right, that only exist in movies and television shows.

Though, for copyright reasons, you won’t actually be able to stream the nested films on ‘Nestflix’. “It’s just a Wiki doing some cosplay,” Fisher shares. Many of the faux shows and films also only “exist” by name and have no supporting content.
Thanks to producers’ urge to see things through and make their programs more believable, you’ll sometimes get glimpses of fictional films that can also be viewed online. Clips of Angels with Filthy Souls can also be found on YouTube, for one, while The Office’s YouTube channel, has released the entire Michael Scott-produced movie, Threat Level Midnight.
