California Mansion Boasts Built-In NFT Art Gallery & 3-Story Waterfall Feature

Since NFT art doesn't actually exist in the physical realm, it's easier to collect them as no storage or display space is required, unlike traditional art. So, this LA mansion is taking full advantage of that, and incorporating it into its design.
Additionally, when it comes to display, traditional art often takes up walls at a time. Sometimes standing in front of an entire wall covered in different pieces can get overwhelming, too, and the nuances of individual pieces get drowned out.
Instead, a smart digital display can prominently highlight a singular piece at any time, and users can switch out the artwork whenever they feel like it. This is what the mansion on Hilldale Avenue, California, has set out to do.
The mansion itself comes to a measurement of 9,418 square feet, spread out across three stories. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the entire ground floor being taken up by the living space. Most of the rooms are fitted with motorized glass walls, allowing them to open to the outside.

Selling a leisurely, beautiful lifestyle, the mansion equipped with Creston home automation and a Sonos sound system also comes with a cinema which can be easily converted into a nightclub, a wine cellar, two professional kitchens, an infinity pool with a spa, and two more bars. That’s just to name a few.
Oh, and don’t forget the 24-foot interior waterfall that flows through all three levels, creating a gorgeous cohesive element to the house.
Or the driveway, created more in the form of a runway, elevated 30 feet above street level and leading into an air-conditioned garage that fits three cars in a motorized turntable.

Plus, the house’s new owner will get the full set of WhIsBe’s Vandal Gummy art collection in rainbow colors to display in their NFT gallery. The value of the gummy bear artworks are reported to be sitting at around $1 million.
The dwelling was designed by architect Hagy Belzberg, who completed the project this year on Sunset Boulevard. It’s currently being listed for US$17,995,000. If you like architecture, cars, collecting NFTs, enjoying a luxurious lifestyle, or all of the above, and you have around US$18 million to spare, then this house would be just nice.
