Being far away from home doesn’t feel so bad with these endearing micro wooden cabins from Japan that can be towed around with your car.
According to SoraNews24, the dwellings were created by a Japanese cottage company called Bess, which saw a hike in sales for micro mobile cabins since the pandemic. It’s thus brought two new models: the ‘Imago iter’ and ‘Imago X’.

The huts stand out for their hoisted wheeled design, allowing nomads to fix them onto their vehicles for a quick getaway or a
change of scenery during remote work.
The smaller model, the Imago iter, offers 70.1 square feet of floor space, and can be brought to areas where space can be limited. The larger Imago X, designed for larger SUVs, is much more spacious and provides 121 square feet of legroom.
There’s one gripe, though. The cottages don’t fully function as homes since they aren’t equipped with bathrooms. However, if you’re ready to give the usual road trip a cushy upgrade, these might be it.
