The 1980s New York street style that Keith Haring helped define reunites with a name from its time, Reebok. The latest Keith Haring Collection by the sportswear brand celebrates the pop artist’s iconic motifs across the Classic Leather, CL Legacy AZ, Club C, Club C Legacy, and GL 6000 in fun and refreshing ways.

While collages of dancing figures might normally come to mind, this selection tangos a little differently. Most of the designs are surprisingly subtle, giving Reebok’s ethos for clean and wearable looks a chance to shine here.

There’s, of course, the unmistakable all-over print of cheerful figures à la the walls of Haring’s Pop Shop at Lafayette Street across the Club C shoes.
Elsewhere, the artworks are quieter nods at Haring’s love of primary colors and blackboard chalk drawings. Less obvious are symbolic references like the dog and human drawings on the heel of the GL 6000, signifying “power and authority in society.”

Above all, the footwear doubles down on Haring’s stance that “the public has a right to art,” delivering five eye-popping, accessible, and wearable artworks in unisex sizing. The collection will arrive on Reebok.com from October 22.
