Russian luxury gadget customizer Caviar has unveiled the iPhone 13 Pro Tyrannophone, which not only comes with a hyperrealistic engraving of a T-Rex on the back, but also an 80 million years old tooth fragment from the dinosaur. Yup, you read that right.
The uniquely-designed smartphone is part of the company’s latest Tera series, which features a lightweight composite foundation and a gold-plated jewelry alloy. Even more special, the eye of the T-Rex is made using real amber, while its head is sculpted out of titanium.
If you’re planning to snag one for yourself, note that there’s only seven units available in total. According to
Luxurylaunches, it’s available in either the iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max model, which cost US$8,610 and US$9,150 respectively.
As Caviar puts it: “The predatory grin of a monster is not just an element of decor, but also an element of exclusivity and uniqueness, because one of the teeth of a tyrannosaurus is real!”
