Playboy’s New Creative Director Cardi B Unveils ‘Centerfold’ Creators Platform
Cardi B, who has taken over the helm as Playboy’s Creative Director in Residence, has unveiled a new creators platform: Centerfold.
Centerfold will be a space for creative freedom, artistic expression, and sex positivity, as per an Instagram post. While not much has been revealed about this new venture, fans can create accounts on the site, which has since gone live.
According to Complex, the rapper was announced as the brand’s new lead in residence at the beginning of the month. She will take charge of the magazine’s artistic direction, digital editorial content, merchandise, expanding the brand name, and more.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt connected to Playboy. It’s truly the original platform for uncensored creativity and I’m inspired by its incredible legacy of fighting for personal freedoms. I have so many ideas already—I can’t wait!” she said.
