Baby car seats are great and all, but what can be done to help the parents of food babies who will need to keep their snacks intact? The answer appears to be a seatbelt just for bags, ensuring that no fry jumps out of its container during the trip back from the drive-thru.
Designed by Atlanta-based Dan Stevenson, the simple yet clever ‘BAGO’ seatbelt clips onto grocery and takeout bags, fixing an all-too-familiar problem of them falling out of the seat. You place one end into the glove box, then shut the compartment to secure the accessory, while the other end is used to grip your bag. According to Stevenson, the clamp is a “powerful metal-constructed” piece that protects your bag even “through tight turns and changing speeds.”
