These might just be the most rugged PANTONE swatches you’ll come across. The color authority has teamed up with IWC Watches to channel landscapes that Top Gun pilots train on and reimagine them as ceramic cases.
The adventurous series carries five fresh hues. There’s ‘IWC Mojave Desert’—which is inspired by arid, barren terrain in California. There’s also ‘Woodland’, which brings to mind misty forests, and ‘Lake Tahoe’, a stark, still vision of white snow and clear water. Not to mention, ‘Ceratanium’, a color that bridges the natural world and advanced engineering in the aviation industry.

As a bonus, the pair have introduced ‘IWC Jet Black’, a deep black that’s presumably not to be mistaken with the pitch-dark Vantablack owned by Anish Kapoor.
To showcase the new colors, IWC has brought the wilderness into cities and splashed the palette across buildings in New York, London, Berlin, and Shanghai.
