Tiffany & Co’s Trademark Blue Arrives In Marker Form
By Mikelle Leow, 21 Jul 2022
Tiffany & Co is vehemently protective over its famous robin-egg blue, so the fact that it’s putting the color into the people’s hands is truly something to write home about. The luxury jeweler has hitched up with paint marker brand Krink to bring a Tiffany blue marker for a limited time.
The two collaborators have a few things in common. They’re both from New York, and each has a hue it’s iconic for. The special K-60 Box Set pairs Tiffany’s blue and Krink’s cult-favorite silver—a nod at silver jewelry, as well—with a classic white.
The pens are encased in a co-branded Tiffany & Co flannel and an inspired silver gift box.
The set was created in time for Tiffany & Co’s Vision & Virtuosity exhibition at Saatchi Gallery in London, marking the jeweler’s 150th year in London. Here, 400 unique objects have been assembled to celebrate Tiffany & Co’s illustrious life since 1837.
The markers will exclusively be sold at the showcase, which runs through August 19, alongside other special-edition items like Daniel Arsham-designed T-shirts and hoodies, as well as Tiffany x Co x Wilson American footballs.
