Bentley Constructs Miami Residences With Car Elevators Leading To Your Doorstep

If you’ve managed to snag yourself a unit in the forthcoming Bentley Residences, here’s more good news: You’ll be able to travel directly up to your apartment’s built-in garage via a designated car lift. 

Set to be completed in 2026, the prestigious building has recently launched a new virtual reality tour of its site, allowing residents from all over the globe to take a glimpse at what they can expect when moving in. 

The highlight, fitting for an automaker, is that each unit will come up with a three- or four-car garage, with charging ports for electric vehicles, and the best part? A car lift that goes straight to your apartment. 

Instead of having to park before heading up to your home, you’ll be able to drive directly into the ‘Dezervator’ lift—named after development partner Dezer Development—which will transport passengers directly from the road to the front steps of your home. 

In total, the site will feature four of such ‘Dezervators,’ which are equipped to transport cars all the way to the top floor of the 749 feet building. Each elevator features a hydraulic system, which pinches a car by its tires before lifting it on a robotic shuttle system, bringing it to the selected story. 

“Riding the Dezervator, whilst seated in your car, is a unique experience—with the lower floors of the elevator shaft enclosed by glass offering a full panoramic view of the communal areas of the building,” the brand promised in a statement. 

Even more futuristic, each car will be fitted with an RFID sticker that will be automatically scanned once you enter the building, triggering a lighting system to switch on to guide you to the correct elevator. 

You won’t even have to push a single button, with the technology recognizing the home owner’s particular ID, allowing the car to be taken directly to the unit without any input at all. 

Prices start from US$4.2 million for an apartment within the Bentley Residences.
