Hot Pockets Dishes Up Shorts With Literal ‘Hot Pockets’ So Contents Don’t Freeze

When partaking in the world of fashion, one must often choose between form and function. In the case of Hot Pockets’ new pair of shorts, it has chosen function as it comes with its literal hot pocket.
The cargo shorts are targeted at, firstly, Hot Pockets fans but also at a niche market of people who insist that even when it’s 40 degrees out, it’s still shorts weather.
The brand figured that if you’re going to be out in the winter with your legs on show, you might as well keep something else toasted instead. The cargo shorts come with insulated pockets, where one would assume you could put your hands into, but of course, the company suggests you fill them up with Hot Pockets.
From the promotional image, it looks as if the inside of the pocket has been lined with a type of foil to keep your food warm. And as we all know, Hot Pockets will either burn your tongue or go glacial if you wait too long to eat them. Now with your new fit, they’ll always be the perfect temperature.
Additionally, to complete your outfit, the bottoms will even come with a free matching hoodie (while supplies last) with the words ‘Hotter in the Mid West’ emblazoned in a fire.
So, for those looking to keep their legs icy and their Hot Pockets in their hot pockets this winter, the shorts are being released online on December 12.
