Lenovo Announces All-In-One Webcam, Lamp & Wireless Charger To Power WFH

Tired of a cluttered desk filled with too many things you can’t get rid of? Lenovo might have the solution for you with its latest Go Desk Station and Webcam that marries form and multi-function.
 
The Go 4K Pro Webcam is clipped onto your desktop or laptop and can support video recording, video calls (it’s also Microsoft Teams-approved), and streaming.

The camera uses artificial intelligence to track the user and a ‘Privacy Protection’ manual shutter when not in use. On top of this, it comes with AI-enabled autofocus, auto-framing, ambient light adjustability, and a 4K resolution with 30fps.

When not in use, the gadget can be removed from your computer, and it can then be clipped into the Desk Station arm to be turned into a lamp. Additionally, you can use the arm as a tripod stand for the camera if your desktop position is not ideal.

This LED light’s brightness and color temperature can be toggled via a control panel on its base.

Regarding its base, it has one more trick up its sleeve. The lamp/webcam also supports wireless charging, so you can use its 15W Qi-certified socket to charge your phone and headphones.

For those who frequently misplace their chargers or are looking to declutter their workspace further, it also supports a 65W passthrough USB-C port and a 135W power input to charge your laptop directly.

The entire Go Desk Station will start retailing next year in March at US$345, while the webcam can be bought separately for US$150.
