AI Artist Imagines What The Kids Of Fictional Couples Would Look Like

It’s always a bittersweet feeling when you reach the end of a long-running series. One can’t help but picture how things might pan out, and the most you can do is hope your favorite characters get their happily ever afters.
Brazilian digital artist Hidreley Leli Diao does our imaginations one better by dreaming up what the children of iconic onscreen couples might look like with artificial intelligence. Using FaceApp, Remini, and Gradiente tools, the artist combines the faces of the celebrity portrayers to produce photorealistic portraits of their fictitious mini-mes.
With the help of Photoshop, Diao gives the faux photos the finishing touches, so the kids more closely resemble their “parents.” And voilà, you can finally get acquainted with the could-have-been child of Jack and Rose, or meet the younger brother of Emma, the daughter of Ross and Rachel from Friends.
Diao explains that these times of disarray call for more love to be shared, hence the creation of these delightful headshots.
The artist utilizes artificial intelligence to help humanity. When he’s not working on projects like this one, Diao harnesses the technology to age up missing persons in hopes that they’re alive and are recognized through their AI-created portraits. Follow Hidreley Leli Diao on Instagram for more.
