In the campervan world, carving out a proper niche to set your product apart is hard. However, W2’s Romotow T8 doesn’t seem to have an issue with its rotating trailer that can swivel in and out of itself to create a patio.
Romotow T8 is broken down into two parts. One portion of the chassis is immovable, while the other part, which holds the living space, can rotate 90° out via a hydraulic rotation system to form an L shape.
On its outer deck, you can set it up however you want. It could be an alfresco dining spot or a place to kick back and watch the sunset.
Inside is a kitchenette, stand-up shower, toilet, and a main bedroom that can sleep two adults, and you can even add a double bed into the living room if you’ve got a larger party on the move.
W2 also allows the option to mount TVs, an outdoor project system, and a surround sound speaker system.
The Romotow T8 was first announced in 2012 and only received visuals in 2018. Now it’s finally going into production. If you fancy transporting around a swiveling caravan, it’s going for US$268,500 with a deposit of US$6,300.
