Jacquemus Sends Bus-Sized Bags Zipping Through Streets Of Paris

Jacquemus, the brand that inspired the micro bag trend with its Le Chiquito purse, which is spacious enough for just your keys and a box of mints, is now racing in with an all-new fashion craze: bus-sized bags.
The swing from ultra-mini to ultra-large was first seen in an Instagram post from the fashion label, where three Bambino bags in orange, brown, and pink were spotted on the streets of Paris. “I THINK I LIKE PARIS NOW,” the caption reads.
However, this time, the accessories weren’t seen on the arm of a model or an influencer, and were instead zooming down roads. The spectacle is reminiscent of an activation by Vans in which oversized “sneakers” took to the roads of New York City.
As the pink version drove by, it looked much longer than the other two, with windows along its side. And if you look closely in the video, you’d see the words ‘Jacquemus’ and ‘Bambino’ printed in white and yellow like road signs on the ground.
Alas, as cool as it would be to travel around Paris in style (literally), the bags were all part of a highly convincing 3D render that the fashion house’s marketing team cleverly whipped up.
Its photorealistic quality and shadowing had some fans in the comments section believing they, too, might be able to hop aboard the Jacquemus Express sometime soon.
