PANTONE x Boohoo Take On Mental Well-Being With Clothes In ‘Mood-Boosting’ Hues
By Nicole Rodrigues, 17 May 2023
Right on time for Mental Health Awareness month, PANTONE and retail fashion brand Boohoo are finding joy and mental well-being in a new collection of colorful clothes.
The lineup is a mood-boosting array of bright PANTONE-approved colors. For example, ‘Pink Glo’ is meant to kick one’s spirits into high gear, while ‘Sonic Blue’ aims to send a rush of exhilaration. On the other hand, ‘Poison Green’ supposedly invigorates one’s soul, and Sheer Lilac gives its wearer peace of mind. Whatever mood or mental state you’re after, there’s something for everyone.
The collection takes on a summery look at athleisure with joggers, cropped T-shirts, hoodies, unitards, and cardigans ready to mix and match your heart’s desire.
Along with the clothes are tote bags in each shade to get you from your house to the beach in style. On each piece is the PANTONE branding printed in white.
According to Fashion United, Penelope Armstrong, Boohoo’s design manager, noted that the clothes aims to give shoppers a dopamine stimulus as they drip themselves head to toe in their favorite color or a mishmash of all the hues.
The collection is now available on Boohoo.com.
