By Nicole Rodrigues, 07 Jun 2023
The Ritz-Carlton has extended its offerings in Istanbul, Turkey, by introducing a new residential complex, providing a more permanent option for those seeking luxury accommodations in a major city.
While the hotelier has already established its presence in the residential market with properties in North America and the Middle East, this marks its first foray into Europe. Notably, it is the second time the Ritz-Carlton has ventured into Turkey, following the opening of the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in Bodrum, which is located in the Asian region of the country.
The tower, located in Istanbul’s Nisanti neighborhood, is set to be finished by 2025. Once ready for occupancy, the complex will feature 121 apartments, each offering six distinct floorplan options. Some units will boast gardens and penthouses, complementing the Ritz-Carlton’s opulent style. Residents can expect high ceilings, expansive windows showcasing city views, marble-top kitchen counters, luxurious spa-like bathrooms, and state-of-the-art appliances.
The interior design, crafted by Mahmut Anlar’s firm Geo_ID, incorporates a palette of rich, sensual colors that exude a lavish ambiance upon entering. The complex also includes an array of amenities, such as a 24-hour gym with private trainers and yoga classes, Turkish baths, cinema rooms, a library, a children’s playground, and concierge services. The latter encompasses standard offerings like laundry, dry cleaning, grocery shopping, premier services such as personal chefs, in-home spas, and assistance with airline and private jet reservations.
While prices for the units have yet to be disclosed, one can expect them to reflect the exclusive experience of residing at the Ritz-Carlton every day—undoubtedly reaching lofty heights.
