Xbox Builds Barbie House For The Series S Console, Gives It A Whole Doll Family

The Barbie DreamHouse has stood as one of the quintessential toys for kids looking to give their dolls a home to play in. Now, your Xbox Series S could be moving into Barbie’s fabulous and fun world with its very own hot pink abode.
 
Mattel has tapped into Xbox as the latest brand in a long lineup of collaborations to celebrate the release of the Barbie film. This time, it has replicated the actual house from the movie, which you can view a tour of, and made a little compartment for your console to slot in. It’s a three-story open concept with furniture, a slide straight from the bedroom, and a fake pool with floaties included—everything a serious gamer and avid Barbie fan needs.
 
On top of that are faceplates for the Wireless Controller designed in the style of the outfits Barbie (Margot Robbie) and Ken (Ryan Gosling) are seen wearing in the movie, which include their psychedelic print roller skating outfits and even Ken’s black tasseled Buckskin jacket.

And what does every dream house need? Its own Barbie. Along with the console unit is a lineup of inclusive dolls decked out in Xbox Gear merchandise ranging from t-shirts to hoodies and even accessories like the Xbox Series S console, a Wireless Controller, and an Adaptive Controller.
 
If you’re looking for something equally exciting that’s accessible to all, get ready to hit the virtual road in style in Forza Horizon 5. Players can now cruise around in Barbie’s pink 1956 Chevrolet Corvette EV Corvette or take Ken’s 2022 GMC Hummer EV Pickup for a spin, and the best part is, it won’t cost you a dime. These vehicles can be downloaded for free from the game’s message center.

Aside from the cars, the dolls and the dreamhouse can only be obtained through a sweepstake starting July 10 via Xbox’s Twitter account.
